This American basketball player, Elena Delle Donne was born in 1989 and she is 6’ 5” tall. Elena Delle Donne did her high school at Ursuline Academy in Delaware. She showed tremendous interest in basketball at her high school and became a promising female basketball player. She was drafted by UConn. She also received the scholarship, but she did not make use of it due to the burnout syndrome.

Elena Delle Donne enrolled at University of Delaware, however, she pursued basketball as a passion. She completed her graduation in 2013. She was playing for Chicago Sky from 2013 and is giving an impressing performance till today. Elena Delle Donne’s father is a real estate developer. She has a brother and a sister. Elena Delle Donne served as a Special Olympics Global Ambassador in 2014. She was also in the team that won World University Games in China gold medal.  She received Delaware State Championships for three times.
